Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee group consolidation for our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with specific expertise in real estate consolidation. This role involves managing the financial consolidation process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Consolidation: Oversee the consolidation of financial statements for multiple real estate entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Reporting: Prepare consolidated financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for internal and external stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant regulations and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement within the real estate portfolio.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations based on consolidated data.
- Internal Controls: Develop and maintain robust internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data and processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including property management, investment, and operations, to gather necessary financial information and support business objectives.
- Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- System Implementation: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial consolidation systems and tools.
- Strategic Planning: Provide strategic financial insights to senior management to support decision-making and long-term planning.
