Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee front and back-of-house operations for smooth coordination
- Maintain high customer service standards and promptly address concerns
- Resolve issues quickly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure consistent food quality for delightful dining experiences
- Anticipate and order necessary supplies and cleaning products
- Enforce health codes and sanitation standards to maintain a safe environment
- Conduct training and provide coaching to new team members
- Monitor workstations for optimal staffing and working conditions
