Job Description:
- Operate, maintain, clean, repair, and monitor all facilities services.
- Oversee contractors to ensure they meet contract specifications.
- Address feedback and complaints within agreed timelines.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance work to keep equipment functional.
- Prepare monthly reports for management and clients.
- Manage building risk, safety, and security.
- Implement programs to reduce operating costs.
- Track maintenance budget and payments to ensure financial targets are met.
Requirments:
- Minmum Degree in building , facilities or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience in facility management
- Possess in FSM Certificate
- Candidates who are certified Green Mark Manager would be an advantage
