Job Description
- Daily AR function which include prepare quotation and tax invoice for customers.
- Follow up customers payment and update goods delivery schedules
- Proper documentation of invoices and other supporting document for filling storage.
- Any other adhoc duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Required skill(s): Word Perfect, MS Excel, MS Office.
- Knowledge of MYOB Accounting Software will be an advantage.
- Fast learner, meticulous, independent, organized and good initiative.
