- Attend to customers including front-counter duties.
- Handle calls, inquiries, and appointments
- Provide administrative support such as cashiering, scanning, data entry, word processing, photocopying, and printing.
- Perform basic problem analysis, troubleshooting, general housekeeping & maintenance, to resolve problem reported with minimal upward reference.
- Follow agreed work practices and operating procedures.
- Collate and consolidate information for reporting purposes.
- Ensure work meets quality specifications.
- Adhere to work safety measures and information securities standards.
- Undertake any other administrative duties as assigned by seniors and executives.
- Any other duties as and when assigned.
- Mon to Fri – 8.30am to 5.30pm (9 hours with 1 hour lunch, ie, 8hrs X 5days = 40 hours per week)
- Sat – from 8.30am to 12.30pm (4 hours per week)
Note: where a service bureau is closed on Saturdays, (e.g. Supreme Court SB), the staff where the service bureau is closed on Saturday will be required to work at another service bureau that operate Saturdays.
