Job Duties
- Reports to Project Manager.
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programs.
- Liaise with Consultants on technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors.
- Lead a group of supervisors and ensure site progress is on schedule.
- Maintain quality standards and carry out site inspections.
Requirements
- Recognized Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent. PE Board recognized degree is preferred.
- At least 6 years’ experience in building or civil engineering project for senior role.
- Minimum 2 complete cycle (piling to roof) for HDB projects.
- Experience in architectural works will be an advantage.
- Technical competence.
- Knowledge in BIM/VDC is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and good team player.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency.
