Job Description:
- Proactively seek and identify new business opportunities with general contractors, developers, and other potential clients. Build a robust pipeline of prospects and develop strategies to convert them into long-term clients.

- Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring contracts are mutually beneficial and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Collaborate with legal and project management teams to ensure smooth and successful deal closure.
- Work closely with estimating, project management, and other internal teams to ensure alignment between business development efforts and project execution. Facilitate communication to ensure that client expectations are consistently met.
- Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and expand the client base. Identify and engage in opportunities to promote the company’s services and expertise in the market.
