Job Description:
- Maintenance of register for incoming and outgoing correspondences and documents.
- Generate document control reports
- Keep the document control systems up-to-date
- Respond to internal, external and ad-hoc documentation requests
- Filing and archiving of project correspondence, documents and drawing in both electronic and hard copy produced by project
- Following and improving document control procedures
- Ensure all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
Requirements (Qualification & Experience):
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience as a Document Controller in construction sector
- Basic understanding of engineering, procurement, contract, construction and commissioning documentation process
- Able to take initiative to work independently and as a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- IT and administrative skills
- Organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Work location is in the West
