Job Description
- Managing client account and liaise with clients locally or overseas
- Reconcile bank and vendor accounts, post and balance the general ledger, process payments, and support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings.
- Resolve accounting queries and address issues from client portfolios.
- Prepare timely reports on Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), Bank Reconciliation, and other supporting schedules according to company accounting policies.
Job Requirement
- Minimum diploma in accounting; degree in accounting preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in client servicing industry
- Fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients.
- Experience with Audit Express or SingTax, or basic corporate secretarial work.
- Possess good accounting knowledge.
- Possess good time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and co-workers.
