Finance PMO (Project Management Office)
• Develop and manage financial charge back for various in house products/Infrastructure.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timeline/ milestones are met
• Monitor overall charge back progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion and meet agreed target.
• Monitor monthly product usage tracker and track allocation vs procured license/infra.
•Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize charge back risks.
• Prepare and present status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage project documentation, including financial records, contracts, and agreements
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years in project management, project delivery or PMO
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in project management software and financial analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High proficiency with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
