Roles and Responsibilities
- Recruitment, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Create and maintain employee records, leave administration and preparing of employment contracts.
- Administer work pass applications, renewals and cancellations of foreign workers in timely manner.
- Handle monthly payroll including e-filing of IR8E and IR21 submission.
- Training Application.
- MOM Survey.
- Air flight and hotel booking.
- Maternity/Paternity/Childcare/NS man claim submission.
- Create/Delete Account/Absence Messages & maintain email accounts.
- Able to handle employees’ queries.
- Organising Company Events and staff wellbeing activities.
- Perform office admin supports.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources or Business or any related fields advantageous but not compulsory
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff and external parties
- Good standard of written and spoken English and chinese
- Organized and meticulous
- Full of initiative and enthusiasm
