Job Description
- Lead HR operational activities, guide, train and develop the team on the daily activities of the HR operations team.
- Implement new company policies and develop processes and systems that support HR operations’ needs.
- Design, monitor, and improve HR processes, policies, and technologies regularly from a people centred perspective.
- Develop training materials, communications plan and engage with all stakeholders to ensure changes are well implemented.
- Be a point of contact for employees in the business and provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, performance management, manpower planning, recruitment and rewards strategies.
- Lead and/or participate in NUHS, MOM, MOH, MOHH, AH, HR projects, events, committees as and when assigned or appointed.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized university.
- 10 years in human resource function with minimum 3 years in a managerial capacity for senior HRBP.
- Sound knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws.
- Prior experience in HR operations and generalist work is required.
- Critical thinker and process-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful and self-motivated.
