- Base Salary + AWS + VB
Responsibilities:
- Input and validate general journal entries to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
- Maintain SAP's Chart of Accounts for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Manage the opening and closing periods in SAP for the company and subsidiaries.
- Prepare and maintain SAP's exchange rates.
- Conduct intercompany reconciliations.
- Prepare and record revenue and cost recognition for project tooling.
- Execute SAP's monthly closing procedures for the General Ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in analyzing monthly and quarterly financial statements, financial reports, and cash flow statements.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly Business Review (BR) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
- Prepare monthly and annual EDB reports.
- Prepare income tax schedules and perform tax computations.
- Assist in preparing quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
- Support treasury, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors on General Ledger matters.
- Assist in updating and maintaining finance policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Candidate should possess bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field such as finance, business, or economics
- Proficient in SAP within a manufacturing environment will be a good advantage
- Possess Chartered Accountant (CA) from Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), or certifications from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
