WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and ensuring a smooth process from application to onboarding.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and labour market conditions to ensure competitive hiring strategies.
- Assist in employer branding efforts to promote finexis as an employer of choice.
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to monitor hiring success and identify areas for improvement.
WHO YOU ARE
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within industry or financial services sector
- Have prior experience in the Financial Industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
