KEY WAY EDUCATION is a tuition center specializing in AEIS (KET PET, Math) and personalized English classes (1v1) to help students excel in English from scratch or reach higher levels. We provide high-quality classes by using official Cambridge system-oriented materials.

We need you to do:
Ø Master holistic English teaching methodologies for conducting group classes.
Ø Adjust teaching methods and materials according to students’ progress.
Ø Be inclusive and creative for teaching classes. Motivate not navigate.
Ø We put emphasis on punctuality, so make sure the teacher is ready before students arrive.
Ø Detail-oriented and exhibit strong communication skills.
Ø Develop and design your own teaching plan and discuss it with the head of the curriculum.
Ø Provide weekly class feedback based on the student’s class performance.
We need you if you are:
Ø A bachelor’s degree (prefer NUS,NTU,SMU) as a minimum educational background and a master’s degree in linguistics will be a competitive advantage.
Ø A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in English (primary level).
Ø Following the teaching concept and completing the training with high passion.
Ø Self-driven、Self-disciplined、Service-oriented.
Ø Willing to work on the weekday’s evenings and weekends.
Working schedule:
The Center will operate from 10:00 am-8:00 pm, but the teacher’s schedule is flexible based on teaching arrangement (2:00 pm-8:00 pm).
5 or 6 working days per week based on the candidate’s availability.
We make sure teachers will have at least 45 minutes break between classes.

We know as a teacher, your dedicated efforts are what we rely on. In addition to a base monthly salary start from 3000SGD based on qualification and teaching level.
