Key Responsibilities:
- Communication: Effectively present and explain the oqdo platform to potential coaches, facilities providers, and users.
- Facilitate smooth communication and ensure that all stakeholders understand the value of joining our ecosystem.
- Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for coaches, facilities providers, and users, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into the app.
- Business Support: Assist in various business support functions, including streamlining processes, improving operational efficiency, and supporting administrative tasks
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to identify areas for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance overall business performance.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities and assist in the development of strategies to capitalize on them.
Requirements:
• GCE A Levels/Diploma in Business/Communications/Marketing/ Media Relations preferred
• Excellent communication skills:
• Interpersonal abilities
• Organizational skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Team player
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
