Job Summary
- Warranty Cost Planning & Support
- Tabulation and reporting of monthly warranty support cost across Region Sales Companies and Product categories.
- Budget Planning and Forecast for warranty support cost.
- Analyse the gaps (if any) between Actualized spending vs Planning.
- Data update and maintenance in warranty cost recording system (TM1, SAP)
- Support Extended Warranty function.
- Support the setup of extended warranty package and price for the products.
- Support respective Business Units Go-To Market strategies with the right, compliant and efficient processes.
- Support extended warranty cost and profitability reporting and analysis.
- Provide prompt support to the management and team for any other assignments/duties that are required based on business needs.
Key Accountabilities
- Timely submission of AS cost monthly/BP/FC reporting to Finance.
- Provide quality review/analysis/reporting of Warranty cost.
- Ensuring Region Sales companies and Product Group cost ratio are actualized to target.
Key Job Requirements
o Strong data analysis skill, especially dealing with cost/ profit.
o Good collaboration, communication (verbal/written), and presentation skill.
o Possess problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Dashboard (Power BI/Lumira).
o Working experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP).
o Minimum 5 years after-sales service, especially within the scope of cost forecast/management and extended warranty related function.
o Diploma or Degree in Business/Finance/Management
