This is an opportunity to work in a government project as an RPA Engineer. The role will be involved in RPA project management and business analysis, driving the successful and timely completion of all RPA initiatives, and acting as the single point of contact for RPA related activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as single point of contact for RPA matters
- End-to-end Project management of multiple concurrent projects
- Identify and assess RPA opportunities
- Facilitate business prioritisation and grow the automation pipeline
- Conduct user requirements workshops for process analysis and documentation
- Support post go-live RPA processes and manage user ticketing
- Manage team logistics
- Support all CR & RPA bug fixes
- Manage risk, mitigation and contingency
- Address any impediments in the lifecycle
REQUIREMENTS:
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Business or related disciplines
- Possesses some experience in RPA
- Certification in any RPA Tools (AA, Blue Prism, UiPath, etc) is a bonus
- Keen interest to hone project management skills
- Basic technical understanding of the SDLC & Solution Architecture
- Knowledge in Agile/ Scrum methodology
- Good professional written and verbal communication skills
- Work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision
- Ability to cope in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
