JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Operations操作

· Oversee and ensure that the team members carry out their duties and responsibilities, including store operations, merchandise mix, stock replenishment and housekeeping.

监督并确保团队成员履行其职责和责任,包括商店运营,商品组合,库存补充和内务管理。

· Responsible for sending daily sales report to the company and making summary and analysis. 负责每日向公司传送销售日报,并进行总结分析。

· Responsible for the strict management of store account statements. 负责门店账目报表严格管理,做到日清。

· Carry out the work assigned by the superior. 执行上级交办的其他工作。

· Strictly monitor the quantity of bread delivered and the control of the sample amount. 严格监控面包配送数量及试吃金额的把控。

· Streamline the operations processes and improve efficiency. 简化运营流程,提高效率。

· Responsible for product display management. 负责商品陈列管理。

· Being an on-the-floor work participant when lack of manpower. 在人手不足时作为现场工作参与者。

· Responsible for emergency handling. 负责紧急突发事件处理。

· Responsible for cash management. 负责现金管控。

· Ensure the company’s policies and standards are communicated and implemented.

确保公司的政策和标准得到沟通和实施。

· Assist to monitor quality of product. Feedback to Management / relevant department & take corresponding action. 协助监控产品质量。反馈给管理层/相关部门并采取相应的行动。

· Responsible for the setting up of new locations, installations and openings (including planning products display, visual merchandising, product mix and collection, etc).

负责新地点、装置和开业的设立(包括规划产品展示、视觉营销、产品组合和收藏等)。


Team Management 团队管理

· Maintain staff discipline. 维护员工纪律。

· Work with the team on personal development and onboarding training 与团队合作进行个人发展和入职培训。

· Provide consistent and effective feedback and performance counselling to coach each team member, ensuring that each team member grows professionally and develops outstanding sales and customer service to meet their personal sales target. 提供一致有效的反馈和绩效咨询,指导每个团队成员,确保每个团队成员的专业成长,并发展出色的销售和客户服务,以实现他们的个人销售目标。

· Review and monitor individual performance in line with the company’s objectives. 根据公司目标审查和监控个人绩效。

· Deal with all issues that arise from team members’ (complaints, grievances, etc) and handle team members’ disciplinary issues 处理团队成员出现的所有问题(投诉,不满等),并处理团队成员的纪律问题。


Sales and Customer Service Management 销售与客服管理

· Assist and track in the implementation of product promotion and effect tracking. 协助与跟踪落实产品促销和效果追踪。

· Responsible for continuously studying the methods of improving store sales performance and leading employees to practice bravely. 负责不断研习提高店铺销售业绩的方法并带领员工勇于实践。

· Assist in the implementation of product promotion and effect tracking  Responsible for supervising each branch to complete the goals set by the company and follow up. 负责监督各个分店完成公司下达的目标及完成进度跟进。

· Statistical sales rankings and customer opinions and timely feedback on factory rectification. 统计销售排行榜和客人意见并及时反馈工厂整改。

· Comprehensively urge employees to provide customer service quality and ensure customer satisfaction. 全面督促员工对顾客服务质量,保证顾客满意度。

· Dealing with customer issues and complaints. 处理客户问题和投诉。

· Work together with Sales and Marketing personnel. Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store. Ensure all outlets maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. 和销售与市场部人员配合,紧跟市场趋势以确定店面需要改进的地方。确保所有门店保持出色的商店状况和视觉营销标准。


Manpower and Cost Control Management 人力与成本控制管理

· Responsible for cost management i.e. manpower cost, operational cost, etc. 负责成本管理,即人力成本、运营成本等。

· Implement staff training and the formulation of service standards. 落实员工培训及服务标准的制定。

· Establish a scientific analysis system. According to data such as climate, location, passenger flow, and holidays, coordinate with the store manager to formulate the daily order volume to maximize performance and minimize surplus. 建立科学的分析体系,据气候、地点、客流情况和节假日等数据,协同店长制定每日叫货量,使业绩最大化、剩余最小化。


Inventory Management库存管理

· Control and manage inventory and transfers across all locations effectively.

有效控制和管理所有地点的库存和转移。

· Oversee stock-take exercises at all locations. 监督所有地点的盘点工作。

· Manage and execute all scheduled inventory counts in a timely manner. 及时管理和执行所有计划的库存盘点。

· Investigate any inventory discrepancies and reconcile all inventory reports and highlight all issues for management.

调查任何库存差异并核对所有库存报告,并突出显示所有问题以供管理。

· Ensure that the stock level at all locations is within the acceptable thresholds and work closely with the buying team on stock management. 确保所有地点的库存水平都在可接受的阈值范围内,并与采购团队密切合作进行库存管理。



REQUIREMENTS:

· Have more than three years working experience in chain bakery management

具备三年以上连锁面包店管理的工作经验

· Quality requirements: honesty and trustworthiness, sense of responsibility, teamwork, execution素质要求:诚实守信、有责任心、团队合作、执行力

· Ability requirements: confidence, initiative, affinity, communication ability, customer service awareness, relationship establishment and maintenance, commercial awareness, analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles

能力要求:自信、主动性、亲和力、沟通能力、客户服务意识、关系建立与维护、商业意识、分析思维和熟悉数据分析原则。
