Job Description & Requirements
- Design and drafting of infrastructure/ Water / building engineering works (Structural / Mechanical / Electrical).
- Conducting technical feasibility study, life cycle study and planning for building engineering.
- Preparation of design report, calculation, drawings, specification, cost estimation and details/ schedules for projects.
- Assist Project Manager in up-keeping the project ISO quality documentation and records.
- Evaluation of tenders and preparation of tender assessment reports.
- Assist Professional Engineer in liaison preparation and follow up of authority submission.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years hands-on design experience in building and/or infrastructure projects
- Good project management and technical skills
- Familiar with local code and authority submission procedures
- Team player and able to work independent with minimal supervision
- Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM
- Good communication skills; ability to work well in a team
