Job Description
The incumbent will assist in the operations of the School's education programmes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1/ Application of admissions of education programmes
- Support admissions process from application to enrolment into the programmes
- Perform secretarial duties for the admissions committee
2/ Course and Curriculum Administration
- Support time-tabling, facilities booking and logistics planning for courses and assessments
- Support course administration from planning to final assessments (pre and post-processing)
- Provide administrative support to both faculty and students
- Administer and support collation of data and reporting system for student performance, course feedback, and other quality indicators, where applicable
3/ Others
- Plan and support office and student related events.
- Provide secretariat support for Education Office meetings
4/ Any other duties as assigned by Vice Dean (Education)
Qualifications
- Hold a good basic degree from a recognised institution, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Prior work experience in an educational institution will be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Pleasant disposition, meticulous, pro-active.
- Able to multi-task and manage simultaneous deadlines.
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
