· Provide administrative support to business operations
· Liaise & coordinate with external vendors, for example request & evaluate quotations, on repair/renovation/restoration projects etc
· Handle outlets’ administration and any other ad hoc assignments timely, independently and professionally.
· Provide safe & timely delivery and chauffer services, when required.
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior and Management
Job Requirements
· Min GCE “O” level, NITEC in business admin or other relevant qualifications.
· Min 1-2 years of experience in similar capacity, preferably in retailing
· Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and under tight schedules
· Service oriented mindset, willing & able to do multi-tasking
· Proficient in English & Mandarin as need to communicate with external vendors and colleagues etc
· Possess a valid class 3 driving license with good driving records & familiar with Singapore routes, driving & safety regulations.
· Able to start work within short notice
· Mon – Fri: 930am – 630pm but also able to work a flexible schedule (according to management's request/scheduling) on needy occasions
