Roles & Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing valuable insights.
- Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and timely audit services.
- Develop and implement audit plans, strategies, and methodologies to address risks and achieve audit objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and accounting standards to enhance the quality and relevance of audit services.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional development and growth.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to promote the audit practice and attract new clients.
- Manage the financial performance of the audit practice, including budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis.
- Manage a portfolio audit clients and reviewing of files, ensuring accuracy, completeness and clear communication of results.
Requirements:
- Qualified audit partner, able to sign audit report. Singapore CPA member and register as Public Accountant (CPA Singapore, Practising member)
- Minimum 8 years of audit experience.
- Degree in accountancy or professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, Australia or equivalent.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadline.
- Experience with US GAAP is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex audit findings to clients and team members.
- Excellent understanding of accounting, auditing and regulatory requirements.
