Job Description
- Manage and lead a team of WSH Coordinators and Supervisors.
- Conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments and follow-up actions to maintain high safety standard.
- Ensure strict compliance of procedures in statutory workplace, safety, health & environment requirements at sites.
- Lead team in safety aduits and must be able to submit all required documents and compliance to Company's ISO and OSHAS policies.
- Compile all safety records and reports, and ensure proper documentation of site records.
- Inspection of site to ensure all facilities and equipment relevant to the maintenance are in proper working condition.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or other relevant qualifications.
- Min. 5 years working experience in WSH field, preferably in construction industry.
- Must be a MOM registered Safety Officer.
- Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in ISO related documentation and audits.
