A market leader in the automotive and automotive financing industry, our client provides end-to-end, exclusive and tailored solutions to the consumer market. As part of their growth plans, they are seeking a FP&A Manager to partner their various lines of business.
The Role
Reporting to the Group MD, you will be responsible for overseeing the FP&A function across five business units for the Singapore entity. Your responsibilities include driving the development of monthly and quarterly budget, forecast, variance analysis and operating plan.
This is a highly visible role within the organization and you will provide strategic support to the Sales, Marketing, Operations departments via financial modelling and feasibility studies on new service lines, market scenarios, competitor intelligence as well as pricing analysis. You will perform promotional analytics to evaluate the return on investment of different promotional support plans proposed by Sales and Marketing as well as develop financial models and provide analytical support for business case presentations, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
You will present monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units, develop insights and makes recommendations. Last but not least, you will oversee the performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances.
Your Profile
As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance with proven experience partnering with Sales, Marketing and Operations
- Exposure within and/or strong interest within the automotive sector will be essential
- Strong excel skills and exposure o BI tools such as Power BI
