Responsibilities:
1. Provide End Users Support
a. Troubleshoot hardware failure
b. Bring hardware to repair shop or manufacturers for servicing
c. Liaise with manufacturers for onsite servicing
d. Troubleshoot software issues
2. Ensure the operational availability of the following systems
a. Network Infrastructure
b. Resource management system
c. IP phone system
d. CCTV
e. Intrusion Alarm system
f. Genesis
3. Procurement and maintenance of lT equipment
4. Manage and liaise with vendors on operational support and infrastructure housekeeping
5. IT Project management
6. Maintain IT documentation
Requirements:
- “O” level and above
- No experience is required but needs to be technically inclined
- Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills
- Independent and good working attitude
- Working hours: 3 days per week, 9am - 6pm
