Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with method statements and BCA guidelines.
- Create and implement effective QA/QC plans to maintain consistent project quality.
- Prepare accurate QA/QC reports and assist in QM submissions.
- Manage testing and follow up on all required tests.
- To ensure all products are executed in accordance to contract specifications
- To liaise and coordinates with suppliers / sub-contractors to ensure quality control
- Facilitate on off-site inspection/ sampling / testing and submission of materials
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment and aiming for zero accident
- Making sure sites meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Construction or Civil Engineering or related field.
- Min 3 years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of BCA's Good Industry Practice (GIP) guidelines.
