Responsibilities:
- Manage project stakeholder groups and coordinate automation project resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Monitor, report and escalate project issues, risks, changes and progress to project stakeholders, sponsors, and line management
- Support tender process and supplier/contractor selection and management without bias, to determine the optimal economic and technical solution for the business and support the preparation of appointment and contract documentation
- Liaise with external design consultants, engineers and contractors during the project execution ensuring all work carried out by them is within the requirements of the overall project remit
Required Experienced
- Bachelor’s Degree in any engineering discipline
- 5+ years’ experience of having lead and successfully executed complex large scale Automation projects within the pharmaceutical or similar industry
- 5 years’ experience of project delivery though the application of a comprehensive project management process
Preferred Experience / Education:
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Sciences in Engineering or Automation related subject
- Experience with CSV related projects and assignments
- Recognized relevant Project Management certification e.g. Prince 2, PMP, Agile
- Experience of specification, design, installation commissioning of Building Management Systems
- Experience in commissioning and qualification activities.
- Experience in SQL database’s such as MS SQL Server
- Experience of PLC systems such as Siemens S7, Wonderware SCADA / HM
- Knowledge of engineering / automation standards and best practice.
