Location: Changi Airport
Working hours: Mon - Fri (may be required to work on weekend to support operational needs)
Responsibilities
- Quality Service Management
- Coordinate with service provider to analysis and audit service-related metrics for timeline monthly incentive disbursement
- Curate, create and improve learning content for staff using
- Facilitate Quality Service Management monthly incentive reimbursement etc.
- Facilitate in management reporting on feedback (Shopping Concierge)
- Analysis customer database and sales info to come up with action plans to drive sales
- Update of websites with SC latest promos / info to drive (Shopping Concierge) awareness and usage
- Design of product catalogues to engage SC customers
- Coordinate with external agency on artwork (when required)
- Assist with ad-hoc events
- Facilitate sales reconciliation, incentive, marketing dollar reimbursement etc
- Planning for corporate events
- Research on best practices by other airports and retailers (especially service)
