- Collaborate with design, validation, and architecture teams for IP content coverage, test pattern and test program development, validation, and debug
- Experience skillsets include Scan, BIST, HSIO, Functional, JTaG, SIDD, IOSpec tests, will be bonus.
- Advantest V93K experience, will be a must.
- Develop test program infrastructure incorporating latest Best-Known Methods
- Validate new product features, test conditions, test methodologies, and test contents during first silicon bring-up
- Perform silicon characterization across process, voltage, and temperature
- Perform test program correlation and release for high volume production
- Drive Key Performance Indicators such as test time reduction, yield debug, and quality improvement across products
- Support qualification activities and customer return debug
- Completed at least 2 full product cycles from Pre-silicon to Post-silicon bring up, preferred.
