Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to telephone, email enquiries & complaints
- Arrange and manage cargo shipments
- Prepare shipping documents eg. Packing list, Order, Commercial Invoices, Shipping Labels etc
- Assist in bill of lading (BL) and custom permit documentation if needed
- Ensure compliance with regulations, arrange cargo pickup/delivery, and maintain records
- Co-ordinate with internal and external parties & monitor shipment
- Prepare MS excel reports and operational materials
- Support in all aspect of sales and operational activities
- General admin duties and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Nitec/Higher Nitec, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
- Must have at least 2 year(s) of relevant experience as a shipper, preferably in Shipping/Logistic industry.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, very familiar with excel formulas
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, fast learner
- Able to work in fast-paced environment & willing to learn
- Applicants must be willing to work at Woodlands Industrial Area
- Preferably specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Bilingual in English, Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking associates
