Sales
- Search for and evaluate new leads and distributors in Singapore and overseas in Southeast Asia
- Preparation of materials for pitches to clients and vendors
- Preparation of internal presentation and reports
- Provision of admin support incl. provide admin info and follow-up of action items discussed in meetings with distributors, business enablers and clients
- Liaise with suppliers on various matters e.g. checking of promotions, GWP and sponsorship requests, requests for assets, product related questions
- Work closely with Procurement to ensure sufficient stock, including doing stock returns and exchanges
- End-to-end order fulfilment of overseas orders that come through email
- Keying in of sales leads into SAP's CRM module
- Create Sales Orders on SAP
Market Research
- Competitor analysis and market research in the Singapore market: Analyse competitive products, competitors’ products and their marketing activities
- Spot and analyse new consumer trends
Marketing
- Update all social media channels and our corporate website with achieved milestones
- Engage Public Relations websites/agencies to post milestones
- Search for opportunities for meaningful sponsorships
- Search for and coordinate online collaboration efforts
- Coordinate end-to-end donation drives to get good Public Relations coverage – from sourcing for such opportunities to ensuring Public Relations article link is published on our social media channels
- Assembling of media kits
E-Commerce
- Handle incoming email enquiries
- Work with Warehouse regarding daily operations, ensuring orders are packed and collected promptly
- New product listing – update the listing form and upload images received from suppliers
- Drive troubleshooting and development of our e-commerce website
- Provide administrative support when new e-commerce stores are being set up
- Regularly monitor e-commerce stores to ensure listings and promotions are correct and up to date
Exhibition & Roadshows
- Execution of expos and events e.g.
- Booth set-up
- Liaison with service providers in setting up booth and booth material.
- Manning booth on event days and ensure proper staffing if multi-day
- Running through checklist
Qualifications and Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Business or the equivalent is required
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales support is required.
- Fresh graduates with experience in e-commerce will be considered.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Tik Tok, Lazada and Shopee.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Experience with O365 (and the Microsoft Suite) is required
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
