This role focuses on optimizing Lean manufacturing processes, enhancing product quality, and boosting both internal and external customer satisfaction. It involves monitoring and refining the manufacturing process to cut costs and minimize waste. The primary responsibility is to ensure that all products are produced efficiently and with high quality, adhering to standard procedures and utilizing the appropriate techniques.
Job scope:
- Lead the scale-up process for existing products
- Ensure process possibility and repeatability of process scaled up from R&D to production
- Responsible for Process Validation of equipment
- Continuous verification of process changes (SPC)
- Resolution of customer complaints (internal & external) by using effective RCA
- Provide process trouble shooting and optimization (DOE)
- Preparation of new SOP and update time to time
- Equipment installation and commissioning
- Improve the quality and consistency of adhesive
- Actively involved in continuous improvements projects
- Actively participate, promote and comply with all EH&S programs and policies.
Job requirement:
- Diploma / Degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of industrial experience in chemical / process manufacturing.
- Adhesives, GMP and 6S knowledge is an advantage.
