We are seeking a talented paralegal to join our team and you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting Legal Documents: Utilize your drafting skills to prepare various legal documents, including agreements, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Legal Research: Support lawyers in case preparation, researching relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Document Review and Analysis: Reviewing and analyzing legal documents
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, and providing updates on case progress and addressing inquiries as needed.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to lawyers including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining case management systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Laws, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of significant and substantive experience as a paralegal in a law firm setting.
- Strong proficiency in drafting legal documents with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to analyze complex legal issues.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
