- Customer/Sales inquiry on provisioning status for in-scope product
- Customer/Sales request to change of commissioning date (CRD)
- Assisting Customer/Sales to check on installer information and appointment.
- Assisting Customer/Sales to make changes in appointment date and time.
- Provide update to customer on the key milestone for the provisioning of non-project managed corporate circuit if requested.
Requirements
Diploma
Experienced in service desk or customer fronting.
Having Telco experience is a plus.
