Training Executive
Job Scope :
1. Responsible for preparing, conducting and evaluating technical training programs
2. Responsible for the preparation of training materials (including exercises, activities and tests) under instruction of HOD
Core Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and conduct technical training programs
2. Support HOD in training needs analysis
3. Prepare training material and lesson plans
4. Create instructor materials – course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids
5. Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills
6. Mentor course trainees/participants to ensure they achieve the required level of competency
7. Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle
8. Manage the training program in accordance with business needs and regulatory requirements
9. Plan and direct classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer-aided instructional technologies and workshops
Qualifications / Experience / Attributes Required:
- Diploma in an Engineering discipline
- 2 to 3 years’ experience as a trainer in related industry
· Partial completion of WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) would be a plus
· Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver training programs utilizing skills in instructional design, program design & development
· High energy, enthusiastic and motivational
· Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities
· Ability to communicate effectively with junior staff
· In depth knowledge of MS office and web based systems
· Presentation, facilitation and influencing skills
· Ability to work independently
· Attention to details
Authority Level:
1. Authorize to coordinate both on-site and off-site training activities
2. Authorize to conduct training

1. Successful delivery of training
2. Achievement of an agreed level in end-of-training evaluation rating in all the training courses
