Qualifications & Experience
● GCE ‘O’ Levels or Higher
● Accounting experience: 1 Year
Responsibilities
● Process approved vendor invoices from Operations Department
● Update and upload approved invoices + supported documents to in-house system
● Ensure invoices are accurately input to the system
● Retrieve invoices from Govt Portal (MPA, PSA, JP, Etc)
● Communication with vendors to request invoices or revised copy
● Submit invoices to customers via email and external system
● Prepare weekly reports and follow up on open jobs
● Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements
● Proficient in MS Office application
● Only Singaporean /PR Need Apply
● Diligently and good time management
● Strong attention to details and Meticulous with numbers
● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
