1) Conduct tool mold design review, mold trial review, project review meetings.
2) Liaise with designers, manufacturing engineers, planners on the progress of tool fabrication to achive 100% on-time delivery.
3) Provide timely updates and Gantt charts to Team.
4) Attend mold testing and perform molding process optimization to achieve part consistency quality.
5) Study FA report for dimensional rectification according product form fit functions as required by the customer.
6) Lead team in problem solving - identification of problems and analysis of the root cause.
7) Liaise with suppliers for mold outsourcing on all tooling related issues.
8) Provide Team with technical support and customers with tooling feaibilities. Prepare quotation for engineering change requests.
9) Follow up on tool approval with customer & ensure all tool POs are closed timing & properly.
10) BUild good relationship with customer engineering, quality & procurement team.
Education, Experience and Skills & Ability
1) Diploma/NITEC in Precision Machining, Tooling Technology or with minimum of 5 years of experience in related enviroment.
2) Experience in project management and tooling technical incline.
3) Good analytical, communication and interpersonal relation skills.
4) Able to evaluate, diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
5) A team player with ability to work under minimum supervision.
6) 3-5 years relevant experience in both Plastic injection and Medical tools.
