Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality animations for characters, creatures, UI, and special effects, infusing them with fluid motion and personality.
- Conceptualize and create captivating visual effects (VFX) to enhance gameplay and create immersive environments.
- Collaborate closely with game designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of animations and VFX into the game.
- Iterate on animations and VFX based on team feedback and playtesting, striving for continuous improvement and polish.
- Coordinate and manage art outsourcing schedules for animation and VFX tasks, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Generate animation and VFX assets for live-ops events, marketing initiatives, and diverse project needs.
Requirements:
- Education in Fine Arts, Animation, Digital Art, or related field / experience.
- Proven experience as a game artist specializing in 2D animation techniques and visual effects.
- Capability in creating visually stunning VFX using particle effect tools and software.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
