Responsibilities
- Safety Management: Implement and maintain a Site Safety Management System to minimize risks and prevent accidents.
- Safety Programs: Execute workplace safety, health, and environmental initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Training & Enforcement: Conduct safety training and inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards on-site and at HQ.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to statutory safety and health requirements, and manage safety reports and audits.
- Team Leadership: Work with WSH coordinators and supervisors to uphold safety practices at the project site.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes, and assist in safety certifications.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Environment, Health and Safety Management or related field.
- 1-3 years’ experience as WSHO in construction safety.
- Registered WSH Officer with MOM.
- Chinese language proficiency is a must to liaise with China stakeholders.
