Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees and manage café’s daily operation
- Recruit and onboard staff
- Train employee on drinks preparation and proper use of equipment
- Stock ordering and replenishment
- Inventory control
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensure customer’s satisfaction
- Prepare daily reports for the management
- Manage and plan staff’s schedule
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Job Requirements:
- A professional education certificate in any field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the same role
- Independent, good leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills, service oriented
Other Information:
- Location: Central region
- Retail working hours, 5 days work week
- Salary up to $3300 + Meal Allowance + Bonus
