- Actively involved in the annual large-scale scientific & medical conference – Multi-tasking abilities will be important as you would participate in the strategic planning and logistic coordination for the event, and thus, prior conference management experience is necessary.
- Your portfolio includes supporting the team in these areas: Delegate Registration; Speaker Management, Room Management, VIP Management, Logistics, Opening Ceremony, Appreciation Dinner and other key activities. You will also be involved in several upcoming HQ events.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any discipline
- Passion in managing events
- Strong interpersonal skills in working with different groups of stakeholders
- Strong coordination and organisational skills in managing several roles with concurrent deadlines
- Effective multi-tasker who possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated team player who is analytical, meticulous, creative and results-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential
- Knowledge of design &/or image editing software would be a plus
