Job Description
- Design & Development: Develop and design electrical systems, components, and equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Prototyping & Testing: Collaborate with the NPI Engineer to create prototypes, conduct rigorous testing, and ensure products meet design specifications.
- Project Management: Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from conception through completion, including planning, execution, and final handover.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and expertise during the manufacturing process, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing electrical designs.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including design specifications, testing procedures, and project reports.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all electrical engineering work complies with relevant quality, environmental, and safety standards.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, CAD software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks Electrical), and simulation tools.
- Proficiency in circuit design and analysis is essential.
