General Manager - MedTech - Surgical (SEA)
Job Description & Requirements:
We are seeking a dynamic professional with vast commercial experience to drive commercial growth, optimising operational efficiency, and fostering organizational capabilities.
As the General Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, enhancing operational effectiveness, and shaping the strategic direction of our client in MedTech industry. You will be responsible for highly advanced biotech solutions used for clinical advancement of the medical industry.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer-centric strategies that enhance market share and revenue.
What we look for:
- Provide leadership, assume P&L responsibility and drive business excellence.
- Develop strategies to maximize revenue, manage costs, and enhance profitability.
- Provide channel insights by analysing competitor strategies, emerging market trends, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute customer-focused growth strategies.
- Measure success through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, market share gain, brand awareness, and talent retention.
What you should have:
- Bachelor/Master with minimum 15 years of experience, and proven experience in a leadership role within MedTech or related industries.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, good influencing skills & comfortable to present to C-suite.
- Experienced in planning and actively participating in strategic initiatives.
- Successfully led global transformational change efforts.
- Proven ability to select, develop, and manage professionals and leaders.
