Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in office administration, documentation, and data entry of invoices
- Office administrative matters such as filing, copy/fax
- Attending to incoming calls and handling of mails
- Perform Bank Reconciliation
- Ad-hoc duties as instructed
Job Requirements:
- Min 1 year of admin experience
- Min education: GCE N Level
- Meticulous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive in learning

- Salary: $1800 to $2200
- Location: Upper Thomson Road
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.30 pm), Saturday (8.30 am to 12.00 pm)
