- Manage recruitment processes, including work pass administration.
- Support employee on-boarding and off-boarding activities.
- Assist in updating the Employee Handbook.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management.
- Support performance management processes.
- Manage internship programs.
- Assist with employee counseling and disciplinary actions.
- Administer employees' Group Health Insurance (GHS) and Workers' Injury Compensation (WIC) insurance.
- Coordinate staff medical check-ups.
- Manage employee appraisals, including probation and annual reviews.
- Update and maintain the E-portal for leave applications.
- Submit applications for recruitment and training approvals to Head Office.
- Arrange company-sponsored training courses.
- Maintain ISO training records.
Requirements:
- With Diploma or Higher in related field.
- At least 2+ years of experience in related working experience.
- Well-versed in MS Office Applications.
- Excellent communication skills
