-Provide and Manage administrative support
-Order processing
-Generating and maintaining of documents and data
-Maintain proper filing and documentation
-Assist in processing PO
-Purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices.
-Quatation
- Liaise with customer
-Other ad-hoc duties when assigned
Requirements :
• Min O Level education
• IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and meticulous in handling assigned tasks
