Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager/ Project team in all contractual and costing matters.
- Handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts.
- Attend tender and project meetings
- Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors for job/ project specification and acquire quotations from them.
- Experience in Project Tender Documentation and Submission requirements with minimal supervision
- Purchasing of all project work materials identified in the tender
- Prepare details drawings, construction drawings, 3d drawings and make fast drawing amendments accordingly
- Plan ahead materials need to be used for the assigned project and budget control
- Good in negotiating prices with suppliers and subcontractors
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying and drafting or equivalent. (interior experience advantage)
- Preferably with at least 2 Years of working local experience
- Knowledge of MS, sketch up, autocad and related drawing software.
- Able to work under pressure with high initiative and tight deadlines.
