Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of staff and oversee the full spectrum of financial accounting across the group entities.
- Manage all aspects of finance, such as financial reporting, management reporting, audit, tax and regulatory compliance, cashflow management.
- Continually review and implement finance policies and internal controls.
- Manage external stakeholders including financial institutions, clients, partners, auditors, and tax consultants.
- Responsible for audit, tax, GST matters
- Support any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min diploma holder
- At least 8 years of hands-on finance/accounts experience
- Possess strong leadership/team management experience
- Experience in handling full spectrum of finance, audit, GST etc
- Experience in handling various entities and high revenue required
