What you'll do:
As an Operations Admin Executive, your primary responsibility will be providing comprehensive administrative support within the insurance sector. You'll prepare a variety of insurance-related documents, update systems with relevant contracts and policies, issue invoices promptly, and manage receivables. Your role will involve close collaboration with brokers, clients, and insurance companies to resolve any outstanding issues or documentation requirements. Additionally, you'll handle general office management tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide administrative and documentation support to brokers
- Prepare placement slips, cover notes, endorsements and other insurance related documents
- Update insurance system with insurance contracts, policies and broker contracts
- Issue invoices to clients upon receipt of insurance policies from insurance companies
- Follow up on receivables with brokers and clients
- Work closely with brokers, clients and insurance companies to resolve outstanding issues or documentation requirements
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mails
- Manage general office tasks
